Gary Linhart is the Founding Partner of WestHawk Capital, LLC. WestHawk is a real estate platform that identifies attractive and scalable investment strategies led by emerging managers. Through this venture, Gary serves as a Partner at Alignment Realty Capital. Prior to WestHawk, Gary was the Founding Partner of the ViaWest Group, a diversified real estate investment and development company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Gary received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and earned an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ben Sacks is a Partner at Alignment Realty Capital. Prior to Alignment, Ben structured debt and equity financing for a variety of transactions across the United States. These deals included multiple single-tenant financings, with tenants including Jiffy Lube, Firestone, Texas Roadhouse, and Mr. Tire (Monro Inc.). Ben held prior roles as an acquisitions analyst at IDS Real Estate in Los Angeles, a hospitality asset manager for the family office of Bill Gates (BMGI) in Seattle, and with the ViaWest Group in Phoenix. Ben is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College.
Jake Gallagher is a Partner at Alignment Realty Capital. Prior to Alignment, Jake worked for Hamilton Realty Finance, a boutique investment banking shop based in Dallas, Texas. During his tenure, Jake underwrote and closed over $2.4 billion in transactions across the United States and underwrote major credits such was Walgreens, CVS, Firestone, Circle K, DaVita / Fresenius, Planet Fitness, Conn’s, Urban Air, Ollie’s and others. Prior to Hamilton, Jake had roles at JLL Capital Markets and Peach Properties. Jake graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona.
