team
Gary Linhart is the Founding Partner of WestHawk Capital, LLC. WestHawk is a real estate platform that identifies attractive and scalable investment strategies led by emerging managers. Through this venture, Gary serves as a Partner at Alignment Realty Capital. Prior to WestHawk, Gary was the Founding Partner of the ViaWest Group, a diversified real estate investment and development company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Gary received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and earned an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ben Sacks is Partner and Head of Originations at Alignment Realty Capital. Ben is responsible for Alignment’s origination efforts and focusses on: interfacing with existing owners and users of single-tenant commercial properties, management of inbound deal-flow from real estate brokers, business brokers, and other parties involved in potential transactions, and; general business development efforts. Prior to Alignment, Ben worked for a boutique capital market group in Dallas, IDS Real Estate in Los Angeles, and the family office of Bill Gates (BMGI) in Seattle. Ben is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College.
Jake Gallagher is Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Alignment Realty Capital. Jake is responsible for: execution of Alignment’s core values as a direct point-of-contact with tenants/partners during and after closing, the design and implementation of strategies that accelerate and streamline transactions, and; proactive management of Alignment’s property portfolio. Prior to Alignment, Jake worked for Hamilton Realty Finance and JLL in Dallas, Texas. Jake graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona.
