Description: Alignment’s principals, led by Gary Linhart, partnered with Grass Clippings to capitalize the real estate in the rollout of a pioneering concept in par 3 night (lighted) golf course.  The $15 million transformation of Grass Clippings Rolling Hills in Tempe, Arizona began in 2023 and was fully completed in Spring of 2025. Renovations included the addition of high-power LED flood lights on all 18 holes, the addition of Top Tracer technology to the driving range, a new outdoor beach bar, full renovation of the pro shop, a brand new restaurant concept (Glenrosa), and substantial general improvements to the course and the grounds.  More info here: https://grassclippingsaz.com/
